SHIPPING POLICY

The product is worth the wait.

We ship from our supplier’s fulfillment facility to customers in three regions: Australia, the United States, and Canada. We’re not Amazon. We don’t promise three-day delivery. We do promise honest windows and free shipping on every order.

PROCESSING TIME

Every order takes 2–4 business days to process from the day you place it. This is the supplier’s prep, packaging, and hand-off to the shipping carrier. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

TRANSIT TIMES

Once shipped, transit takes:

  • United States: 10–15 business days
  • Australia and Canada: similar windows, varies by region. You’ll see the exact estimate at checkout.

Total time from order placement to arrival: typically 12–19 business days.

SHIPPING COST

Free shipping on every order. Every region we ship to. No minimum, no threshold.

TRACKING

A tracking number is sent to your email when your package leaves the facility. Use the link in the email or check directly with your local postal carrier to monitor delivery progress.

If you haven’t received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, email hello@inpositionco.com.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES

Customs charges, import duties, and taxes vary by country and aren’t included in the purchase price. If your region applies them, they’re your responsibility. We can’t predict or refund these charges.

DELAYS

International logistics aren’t always smooth. Customs holds, weather events, and carrier delays happen. If your tracking hasn’t moved in more than 10 business days, write us at hello@inpositionco.com and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If your tracking shows delivered but the package isn’t with you, check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If still missing, email us within 14 days of the marked delivery date and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve or reship.

ADDRESS CHANGES

We can update your shipping address if the order hasn’t shipped yet. Once dispatched, we can’t redirect. Write us as soon as possible if you need a change.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable — wrong address, refused at delivery, unclaimed at the post office — we’ll refund the order minus the original shipping cost that was absorbed by us. To avoid this, confirm your address is accurate at checkout.

MARKETS WE SHIP TO

Australia, the United States, and Canada. If your country isn’t available at checkout, we don’t currently ship there. We may expand based on demand.
