SHIPPING POLICY

We ship from a fulfillment facility in our supplier's region to customers worldwide.

DELIVERY TIMES
- United States: 8–15 business days
- Australia: 8–14 business days
- Canada: 10–16 business days
- United Kingdom: 10–18 business days
- Rest of world: 12–20 business days

These are honest estimates. We don't promise 3–5 day shipping because we're not Amazon and we won't pretend to be. The product is worth the wait.

SHIPPING COSTS
Free shipping on every order, every region. No minimums.

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders placed Monday–Friday are processed within 2–4 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

TRACKING
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use it to monitor delivery progress through your local postal carrier.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Most regions don't charge import duties on this order due to the product's value and category. If your region does apply customs charges, those are your responsibility — we don't include them in the purchase price.

UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESSES
If a package can't be delivered (wrong address, refused, unclaimed at the post office), it gets returned to us. We'll refund the order minus the return shipping cost.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your tracking shows no movement for 14+ days, or your package is marked delivered but you didn't receive it, email hello@inpositionco.com. We'll investigate with the carrier and either reship or refund.
