By accessing inpositionco.com or purchasing our products, you agree to these terms.

WHO WE ARE
In Position Co. is a brand based in Australia, selling products through inpositionco.com.

PRODUCTS
We do our best to display product images, descriptions, and prices accurately. Colors and details may vary slightly between your screen and the physical product. Prices are in USD by default, with local currency display via Shopify Markets.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue products at any time without notice.

ORDERS
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We confirm orders by email. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including for:
- Pricing errors
- Inventory issues
- Suspected fraud
- Violation of these terms

If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund the full amount.

PAYMENT
We accept payment through Shopify Payments and PayPal. Payment is processed at checkout. We don't store your full payment information.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

USER CONDUCT
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
- Interfere with the site's operation
- Misrepresent yourself
- Submit false or fraudulent orders

WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Products are sold "as is" subject to the manufacturer's specifications. We make no warranties beyond those required by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Damages arising from misuse of the product
- Damages exceeding the purchase price of the product

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited (death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other rights under consumer protection law).

GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Australia, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
